The Mademoiselle Rocking Chair shares the same solid birch cross-link construction and spoke back as the Mademoiselle Lounge Chair, with the addition of rocker legs that give it a slower, more contemplative character. Tapiovaara drew on Finnish craft tradition to create a chair that feels at once familiar and distinctly modern — the spoke back in deliberate contrast to the smooth, softly rounded seat. Available in black lacquered or white lacquered birch.
