At Innes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the product in its original box with all protective padding to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
